Full Circle Moments and the Power of the Female Founder Community

We recently had the opportunity to attend the South Florida Tech Hub Women’s Breakfast—an energizing morning of connection, inspiration, and full-circle moments.
One of the standout highlights was hearing Stephanie Cartin share her journey building Entreprenista alongside Courtney Spritzer. What began as a podcast has evolved into a dynamic community, media platform, and support network for female founders. Entreprenista is all about championing women in business—offering resources, real talk, and opportunities to connect. We've found tremendous value within the community—whether through insightful conversations, collaborative partnerships, or simply knowing we're not alone in the challenges of entrepreneurship.
For us, as the co-founders of Lucca Lily Design Collective, the event carried a personal significance. It was held at City Furniture’s headquarters—where we first met as designers years ago. Walking back through those doors as business owners was a reminder of how much can change with time, intention, and the right support system behind you.
And like every great gathering, this one was also about connection. We had the chance to finally meet so many incredible women we’ve gotten to know virtually—each one a reminder of the strength that comes from showing up, sharing openly, and supporting one another in business and beyond.
Grateful for the spaces, people, and moments that continue to show just how powerful women supporting women can be.
